Amanda purchased her first investment property in 1989 and has worked in the Sydney real
estate industry since 2001. She developed an early appreciation for how powerful property
can be in building long-term wealth and providing security.

In 1996, while living overseas, Amanda experienced first-hand the challenges of purchasing
in Sydney without a buyers’ agent. She quickly realised that nobody was truly protecting
buyers in the market—a gap she was determined to fill.

Her career began with McGrath Estate Agents, where she gained valuable experience in
sales before transitioning exclusively to buyers’ advocacy in 2008. Since then, Amanda has
leveraged her market knowledge, research skills, and industry connections to secure
outstanding results for her clients.

Today, Amanda leads a dedicated research team that leaves no stone unturned. With her
“clients for life” philosophy, Amanda goes above and beyond to match people with their perfect home or investment property. Known for turning what can often be a stressful process into an enjoyable and rewarding experience, she ensures every client feels supported, informed, and confident in their decision.
