Founding Director of WPG Advisory, Matthew is a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with the Australian Property Institute in NSW, a licensed buyer’s agent and a registered valuer. With over 25 years’ experience in the property consulting and acquisition role, Matthew’s purchasers and advisory involvement have been wide and varied. From mountain based organic vineyards to period bungalows needing a modern touch, to rural lifestyle properties providing a family escape and onto regional investments for a few hundred grand to multimillion dollar budgets.

With a degree in Property Economics, and global experience, Matthew brings a lot to the table. Having a broad breadth of experience across a wide range of property markets, coupled with his ability to demystify the acquisition process, with a down to earth and straightforward approach, Matthew has guided hundreds of clients through some of the most important and challenging purchases of their lives.

In addition to his international experience, he is also a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agents Association of Australia. Matt is committed to ensuring success for his clients by navigating them through the complexities of the property market with expertise and dedication.
