Michael has 35 years’ professional property experience in Geelong and Melbourne
across all aspects of buying and selling real estate including auctions, negotiations
investments and the tender process.

He provides an impeccable service to home buyers and property investors throughout
Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Melbourne. He is well versed with
residential, commercial and lifestyle properties.

Raised on a cattle and sheep property outside Birregurra and educated in Geelong he
holidayed with his family at Lorne for 12 years and later at Barwon Heads where he
now resides. Michael was a selling agent for 10 years where he concluded his sales
journey as a director of RT Edgar in Toorak. In 1998 Michael opened his Buyers
Advocate business, The Advocates Property Advisory. He has a sound rapport with the
selling agents and a vast circle of friends, affiliates, and past clients where he is often
privy to properties for sale prior to being listed with an agent or the property being
marketed.

Michael is a proud co-founder of the national Real Estate Buyers Agents Association
(REBAA), the largest of its kind in Australia with over 100 companies.
